To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Please note that custom-made or clearance items cannot be returned.

To start a return, email us at returns@homeloungeuk.com with your order details. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the process.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Return shipping costs may apply.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
